Megan weaves her most inspiring discoveries with her own acquired gifts and experiences to create a style that is truly unique.
Hatha trained and influenced by teachers of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, Megan blends these methods with her dance background to design dynamic classes, filled with fluid and cohesive sequences that allows the body and breath to move freely and naturally. She does not subscribe to a specific school of methodology, but weaves her most inspiring discoveries with her own acquired gifts and experiences to create a style that is truly unique.
Megan believes that our yoga practice ebbs and flows – that there is a time to push, and a time to rest. Her main focus is guiding people to identify the difference through the exploration of asana, pranayama, and meditation. With this knowledge, students will have the healing tools to maintain emotional, physical, and spiritual harmony long after class as ended.
Megan is an E-RYT 200/RYT 500 with the Yoga Alliance, and has completed Level 1 of Sevanti Institute’s Ayurveda Wellness Counselor Program.
