Head Over Heels: Inversion Workshop
Turn your practice upside down and explore the world of inversions. This workshop will explore headstand (sirsasana), forearm stand (pincha mayurasana), and handstand (adho mukha vrksasana) with emphasis on alignment, activating core awareness, and entering and exiting inversions safely.
All levels welcome, but yogis should be able to execute plank pose and familiar/comfortable moving through Sun Salutation A.
