There’s nothing like the beginning of a new month to remind us that every day is a fresh start! It’s a great time to check in and ask:

How am I feeling?

What’s working?

Which areas need a little more attention?

I would like to focus more on…

As the end of each month nears, I ask myself these questions and set an intention for the upcoming month. It can be a specific goal such as abstaining from social media for 30 days, or more generalized like living a healthier lifestyle (food, fitness, etc.).

Whatever intention I choose, I try to make sure it’s a theme that aligns with my values, and that the lessons learned can be applied to various areas of my life. Hopefully, it will be something I can return to when I need help focusing, getting centered, and staying on track.
